We are absolutely delighted to announce the fantastic news that it’s really happening!

But it can’t be quite the same as usual. Guidelines say we can only take 30 young people. So, instead of taking 90 for the usual 5 nights, we’re taking 30 younger young people for 3 nights, then bringing them home, then taking 30 older young people for the next 3 nights.

Very sadly, that means that not everyone who wants to go will be able to go. We’re honestly very sorry about that. So how have we decided who goes?

We’ve given priority to those who …

  1. Have been regularly attending their weekly youth groups.
  2. Have been helping as team members and young helpers at Kidz Klubs.
  3. Have been in the past to TTOYL, Dalesdown and MayCamp.
  4. Are now in Year 7 and were coming regularly to Kidz Klub when in Year 6.

Invitations have been sent to these young people.

BUT … Some of them may not be able to go. If so, we’ll be inviting others, especially those we’ve seen quite a lot, both before Covid and since our Kidz Klubs and youth groups have been open again.

If you are desperate to be put on the waiting list, please let us know.

Here’s the vital info …

Younger Group A: morning of Sat Aug 14th to afternoon of Tue Aug 17th.
Older Group B: morning of Wed Aug 18th to afternoon of Sat Aug 21st.

TTOYL leadership team

What is TTOYL?

TTOYL (The Time Of Your Life) is a Youth Holiday for children and teenagers in school years 6 to 13. It is run and organised by Kidz Klub Brighton and Hove a registered charity (Charity Number: 1126869). The Time of Your Life started in 2014, replacing Surf the Wave. Ever since this date, we have had increasing numbers of young people attending each year.

Every August we take young people away for an INCREDIBLE 6 DAYS of fun, friendship, sport, workshops, outings, wide games, tournaments, adventure activities, campfire, BBQ, water fight and water slide, talent shows and times of exploring the Christian Faith!

Our 2021 HOLIDAY is still yet to be confirmed.

Dyke House Ln, Bromsberrow Heath, Ledbury HR8 1QY, UK
The center has its own OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL (floodlit!), a CINEMA IN THE CELLAR, and loads of space for a brilliant activities programme! In previous years we’ve been to a THEME PARK with great rides and also the opportunity to go on safari and get close to some seriously proper wild animals! Our 2018 holiday will feature an equally exciting programme!

The cost works out at around £250 per young person, but we charge ONLY £80 – thanks to the wonderful gifts and grants we receive from individuals, churches and charitable trusts. We also offer discounts for families – please get in touch to find out more!

How do I book for The Time of Your Life?
To book for The Time Of Your Life we require a completed booking form and a deposit of £20 (this can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer). To avoid disappointment, book now to reserve your space!
Do I need to bring money?
When we travel to TTOYL, we do stop off at some service stations, so if you wanted to get a drink or something to eat, then that is fine. We usually go on an outing to a shopping centre too, so if you would like to purchase a souvenir to take back home, then you’re more than welcome to.
We would encourage you not to bring any more than £40 cash with you.

Your team leader can look after this whilst we’re there if you would prefer!

Is there phone signal / WiFi at The Poplars?
Yes, there is phone signal at The Poplars, although we will be in the countryside, so you may not be able to get it everywhere.
WiFi is always available, but it is very limited.
Can I bring friend with me to The Time of Your Life?
Yes – Best to speak to your youth leader first though.
